1. About MyScholarMatch
MyScholarMatch is an AI-powered platform that helps African students discover fully funded scholarships and university programs abroad, generate application materials, and access visa and interview guidance. These terms are between you and YouInc Global, the operator of MyScholarMatch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service. One account per person.
3. Your account
Keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact hello@myscholarmatch.com.
4. The credit system
4.1 Free credits
100 credits on signup, 150 if referred. Free credits cannot be converted to cash.
4.2 Purchasing credits
Via credit packs in GHS through Paystack. Purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed.
4.3 Credit expiry
Credits never expire while your account is active. Credits are forfeited on account deletion.
4.4 Refunds
Full refund within 7 days if no credits have been consumed. No refunds for consumed credits.
5. AI-generated content — important disclaimer
AI content is guidance only — not professional advice.
- Scholarship and university matches may be incomplete or inaccurate. We cannot guarantee admission or scholarship awards.
- Visa guidance is informational only. Always verify requirements with the official embassy.
- Application documents are starting points. Review and verify all documents before submitting.
- We are not immigration lawyers, education consultants, or financial advisors.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Submit fraudulent applications
- Bypass the credit system
- Share accounts with others
- Use automated tools or bots
- Access other users' data
- Generate false or harmful content
- Reverse engineer AI prompts
- Violate applicable laws
Violations may result in account termination without refund.
7. Referral program
Earn credits by inviting friends. No self-referral. No fake accounts. Abuse results in termination.
8. Intellectual property
The platform is owned by YouInc Global. Your generated content (SOPs, CVs, essays) belongs to you.
9. Scholarship and university data
We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee it. Always verify details on official websites.
10. Availability
We do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for service outages.
11. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for unsuccessful applications, visa refusals, AI inaccuracies, data loss, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability is limited to credits you paid for in the last 30 days.
12. Termination
You may delete your account via Settings. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms.
13. Changes
We will provide at least 14 days' notice before significant changes to these terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes are subject to the courts of Ghana.
